- Commodity name: IGBT High-Voltage Test Bench
Overview: The IGBT high-voltage test bench is primarily designed for performance evaluation and research testing of power modules, as well as for factory acceptance tests. It features versatility, enabling simultaneous testing of 1 to 3 three-phase output power modules with voltage ratings ranging from DC 0 to 6000V and a total capacity set at 100 kVA. Additionally, it can accommodate individual phase module testing as well. The test system offers the following key functionalities: - Through a user-friendly human-machine interface, users can configure and execute automated, periodic power assessment tests on the three-phase output modules. - A control panel equipped with intuitive buttons allows operators to manage module charging and discharging processes, while also providing real-time display of circuit breaker status (closed/open). - The system monitors and displays critical parameters such as voltage, current, and equipment operating conditions in real time. - It boasts an ergonomic, user-friendly interface that clearly shows the status of the tested modules, along with alarm and fault notifications. Moreover, the system logs the exact date and time when faults occur, making it easy for maintenance personnel to track and address issues efficiently. - In the event of a fault, the system automatically triggers appropriate safety measures to prevent potential hazards, ensuring both operator and equipment safety.
Scope of application: The single-module power testing bench is designed for power evaluation tests of the user-developed IBXM series converter modules. The test bench can perform comprehensive power assessments of these converter modules, accommodating various voltage levels such as 3000V and 6000V. The entire testing process is fully computer-controlled, featuring automatic system self-check capabilities, as well as real-time equipment status monitoring and fault alarm functions.
