Network Control Training System
Project Overview
The train network control system is the core system of a train, responsible for controlling, monitoring, and diagnosing critical functions such as traction, braking, bogie systems, auxiliary power supply, doors, and air conditioning—essentially serving as the "brain and nervous system" of the train. Our company’s developed train network control system is based on the third-generation Train Control and Diagnostic System independently researched and developed by Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., utilizing the DTECS distributed train electronic control system platform. It is the only domestic solution that simultaneously meets the networking control requirements for urban rail transit, locomotives, and high-speed trains. In alignment with the new *Vocational Education Law*, this project highlights the achievements in vocational education reform, innovation, and development, while emphasizing the importance of enhancing the quality of technical and skilled talent cultivation. By addressing key challenges in training application-oriented technical professionals, this initiative plays a pivotal role in elevating the overall competence of the technical workforce.
This project is characterized by: 1. Visualizing the intangible and invisible nature of train networks; 2. Simplifying cutting-edge, high-precision technology; 3. Making hands-on training equipment more affordable and accessible; 4. Standardizing train network training processes; 5. Promoting the standardization of vocational skill assessments for industry roles; 6. Positioning this technology as a core, proprietary innovation with potential for industrial application; 7. Effectively enhancing the institution’s ability to align with and contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the rail transit industry, as well as to local economic development.
