Electrocution Accident Drill Training
To enhance all employees' awareness of electrical safety, on September 18, 2019, organized by the General Management Department, Comrade Huang Xiangshi, Assistant to the Company General Manager and Head of the Corporate Safety Management Committee, conducted a training session for全体员工 on emergency response procedures for electric shock incidents.
First, Manager Huang’s assistant introduced everyone to the proper methods for freeing individuals from both high-voltage and low-voltage electric shocks, as well as the critical first-aid measures to administer to those who have been electrocuted. Volunteers Li Jia and Peng Kai then provided a practical demonstration, walking attendees through the entire process—from safely rescuing someone caught in an electrical hazard all the way to reporting the incident to the safety management committee and initiating emergency medical assistance.

Second, Assistant Manager Huang demonstrated the proper methods for rescuing someone who has suffered an electric shock, covering how to initially assess the victim’s condition, check for pulse and breathing, and how to handle both conscious and unconscious individuals. He also provided a detailed, engaging explanation and hands-on demonstration of life-saving techniques such as CPR and artificial respiration.

Finally, all employees must remember the emergency contact numbers: dial 110 for police assistance and 120 for medical emergencies. In the event of an accident—especially in an urgent situation—make sure to clearly communicate the nature of the incident, its location, and any other relevant details when reporting. Additionally, assign personnel to guide ambulance vehicles at two key intersections in Power Valley, ensuring both the effectiveness of your call and timely access for life-saving care.
